This policy explains what marko does with the information you send through our request a demo form and what happens when you visit this website.

Information we collect

When you submit the request a demo form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your organization and organization type
• The number of buildings you want to map
• How you heard about us

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, set up a demo and talk with you about marko. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this website and receive form submissions:

• Formspree receives form submissions and sends them to us by email.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like most hosts, it may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, sale or similar business transaction.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To limit repeat submissions, the form saves the times of your recent submissions in your own browser. Those times are not sent to us, and you can remove them by clearing your site data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

This form is for organizations and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
